Do credits expire?: No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them, and there is no monthly minimum.
What counts as a credit?: One successful API request costs one credit. A request that fails on our side is refunded automatically and never appears on your bill.
What happens when I run out?: Requests return HTTP 402 until you top up. Nothing is charged after your balance reaches zero — there is no overage and no surprise invoice.
Can I get a refund?: Email support within 30 days of a purchase and we will refund unused credits.
